How the hell this crap of a skin ended up in here.I guess someone with no skill to make good skin need to use other means to get their skin in top 10

It is very clear that the creator of this skin is a vote for himself (always with the highest punctuation and voting with the lowest to another). An easy way to be in the highest of 'Highest rated' and 'Most Downloaded'.

Uses a dynamic connection (to be assigned a different IP and skips the security of the web, possibly to vote as many times as you want). It is very easy to download every day hundreds of times the skin.

Many people are honest to be going on for many hours created a skin. To make a fool with a mediocre skin and manipulate the votes. In a web would not let such things happen so obvious.
